Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India thousands of years ago. It is a holistic discipline that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, and ethical principles to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Yoga has gained immense popularity worldwide due to its effectiveness in improving flexibility, strength, balance, stress management, and overall health. Today students and staff of Malti Jayant Dalal High School celebrated the day by performing various asanas and taking a step towards holistic well-being.
