Lord Ganesha, the well-known deity in Hinduism, is revered as the protector and remover of obstacles. The birth of Lord Ganesha is celebrated as Ganesh Chaturthi, starting on 7th September and continuing for 10 days, during which people worship idols of the elephant-headed lord.
To mark this special occasion, our students enthusiastically participated in an art activity where they depicted Ganesha in various creative forms. Some outlined the deity and decorated it with wheat and sequins, while others crafted Ganesha idols using clay and leaves. This activity allowed the students to explore their creativity while gaining a deeper understanding of the festival’s cultural significance.
We are proud of the artistic expressions our students displayed, as they embraced the essence of Ganesh Chaturthi with great enthusiasm.
