Today we celebrated the 10th International Yoga day in our school. The theme for this year was “Yoga for Self and Society”.
Yoga is one of the best means to enhance flexibility and concentration and improve well being among the students and the people.
We have incorporated yoga in our curriculum through which students can learn to manage stress and improve their posture.
Both the students and staff participated in the various exercises demonstrated by our yoga teacher, Mrs. Kiran Katra.
