Mahashivratri, also known as the Great Night of Shiva, holds significant spiritual and cultural importance in Hinduism.
According to Hindu mythology, Mahashivratri marks the day when Lord Shiva married Goddess Parvati.
On this occasion we made our students understand the significance of the festival.
The students made damru, decorated it and made shivlings out of newspaper.
Teachers also made the students read an article about the Mahashivratri celebration.
