Kite flying is one of the most significant traditions of Makar Sankranti. On this occasion, our students from grade 2 to 4 were engaged in a competition on Friday, 12 January 2024, where they had to decorate kites.
The students decorated the kites with wonderful designs using sequins, colourful bindis and other decorative items.
This competition encouraged the students to showcase their creativity and most importantly it fostered cultural appreciation among them.
