A few minutes of meditation during the day can be an excellent way to relieve stress in both the body
and mind. Meditation is an all effective stress-reduction methods and is a type of relaxation that revitalizes both the body and mind. With this goal in mind, the
organised a special session on Meditation from the 2nd July 2024 for a span of 45 days where the teachers were taught to bring peace with themselves.
Before the meditation program, an orientation program was also conducted at the Smt. Kapila Khandvala college of Education for the teachers.
