Rakshabandhan- The ceremony which is the manifestation of the love between a sister and her brother, was performed in our school. Children made rakhis out of matchsticks, cotton buds and other household items. In the process, their creativity was enhanced and they also learnt about the various rituals that take place during the rakhi tying ceremony. At the end, all the vibrant rakhis were displayed by the students, with smiling faces, proud of their efforts.
