As part of our commitment to physical fitness and overall well-being, we’ve incorporated Yoga into the curriculum for our primary section students. Yoga is an excellent tool for improving physical fitness, relieving stress, and regulating emotions, making it a perfect addition to their routine. 

Our young learners have quickly picked up the basics, starting with Sukhasana, which helps calm the mind and condition the body. Through forward bending asanas and stretches, students are enhancing their flexibility and improving their spine health. These practices not only benefit their physical fitness but also help steady their minds and sharpen their concentration.
